It is hard to hit the gym if you do not have enough motivation. A lot of us are reluctant to even go to the gym since it is easier just to sit back and relax at the comforts of our homes. However, do you know that it is good to stay active? Not only will you get a nicer body, but you can also have better health and well-being, too.

If you are still not motivated to go out and do some exercise, this story will definitely help change your mind.

Big Transformation

A man from Malaysia named Skyjin shared his story about his workout progress with the caption:

You might be thinking: How was he able to lose those extra pounds and transformed them into muscles in such a short time? The answer: DISCIPLINE.

No Pain, No Gain

Skyjin has been hitting the game religiously. He works out six days a week and three hours a day. He did not simply get rid of his stubborn fats. He exchanged them for six-pack abs.

Some people give up after working out for a month, but Skyjin did not. Since he was committed to get rid of his extra pounds and get rock-solid muscles, he’s dedicated. No matter how tired he was, he still goes to the gym.

Takes Much Dedication

Other than going to the gym to get rid of his fats and build muscles, Skyjin all maintained eating clean and practiced self-control. Most of his meals were high in protein and low in fats and carbs.

His main source of protein is from chicken breast. Although it may not be as appetizing as a meal from McDonald’s, once you see his muscles, you will definitely make a big change, too.

Skyjin also cut out rice from his diet and switched to eating oats to refuel his body since these complex carbs can make him feel fuller for longer times.

If you love drinking coffee, this is good news: Skyjin is still drinking coffee. He indulges in sugar-free black coffee to boost his metabolism and help him get through the day. He still maintains a strong willpower and self-control when he eats out in a restaurant. He consciously chooses the foods that fit his diet.

Skyjin still eats meat. In fact, he eats plenty of meat. However, eating a lot of meat in a restaurant can burn a hole in his wallet. So instead of eating out, he prepares his food at home and brings it to work to save a few bucks and to avoid unwanted temptations of food outside.
